About BrookMap
BrookMap is building a map-first way to see Indian real estate. The website publishes free HD sector maps — plot layouts on satellite view, with plot boundaries, block letters, land-use colours, and the surrounding land in the frame — so buyers, researchers, and site visitors can read a sector before they walk it.
730 live sector maps are indexed across 11 cities, including Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Yamuna Expressway, and other NCR markets. An app is in the works for plot-level details that the public web map does not print.
See Land Like Never Before.
How the maps are made
Each live map is a high-resolution digitised layout on a satellite basemap: parcel polygons, internal roads, block labels, and land-use colours over aerial imagery. You can see neighbouring sectors, roads, parks, green belts, and built vs open land around the plots — not a blank layout sheet. Colours on the map match the legend on that page (residential, commercial, parks, facilities, and other categories when they exist on that layout).
BrookMap is not a development authority, not a cadastral survey, and not a substitute for allotment letters or registry. Underlying GIS files are not published. Plot size in sqm, ownership, and sale history are not claimed on the public web map — confirm those in official records and, where we offer it, in the BrookMap app.
How to verify a plot before buying
Use the sector map to orient yourself, then check official records before you pay:
- Match the sector, block letter, and plot number on the BrookMap layout.
- Confirm notified land use, dimensions, and any farmer / facility reservations with the development authority for that city (links below).
- Confirm ownership and encumbrance in the local registry — not from the map colours.
- Walk the site. The map is a layout plan, not a title deed.
If a map legend has no Residential category, the numbered parcel count is not a housing inventory. Read the legend on that sector page.
Official planning sources
These are the public authority websites we point to for allotment, notified land use, and planning notices. BrookMap does not host their PDFs or GIS. Always prefer the authority copy if it differs from our map.
