How plot sizes work
Development authorities allot residential plots in standard slabs (for example 112.5, 162, 200, or 300 sqm). On a sector layout plan these parcels are drawn to scale, so you can compare a plot's frontage and depth against neighbours before visiting. Larger slabs usually sit on wider sector roads or corners, while compact slabs cluster in the interior blocks.
